Finding out how to tell a story that aligns with your brand is no easy feat. However, it is certainly worth the time investment in developing a story that your customer can relate to. The reason why is, it increases brand recognition and loyalty. It has a lot to do with your brain and a chemical named oxytocin. When customers can relate to your story, this chemical is released, particularly if there is tensions. Stories also make a great hook for any ads you are running.
